It’s time to show NZ who rules the roost. The first ever Rib Cook-Off Association Chicken Wing Challenge is here, and we’re on the hunt for the boldest bird bosses in the country.
Smoked, grilled, spiced, sauced, or flame-kissed to perfection - however you serve it, make it unforgettable. This is your chance to strut your stuff and claim the crown as New Zealand’s undisputed chicken wing champ.
Will your wings rise to the top - or just lay an egg? Fire up your grills and bring your best bird game. Let’s cluckin’ do this.

Wings must be supplied by each cook

Wings can be pre trimmed before the competition

Wings must be marinated, prepared and cooked on site once the cooking window opens
