When they started out, BRZ Food never thought that their little community would grow to be what it is today. They are proud to have members from all over the world, and are always looking for new ways to bring the best barbecue experience to everyone.
Their journeys have led them to some of the coolest places in the world. BBQ competitions and festivals in South America, North America, Australia, and New Zealand gave them the chance to try out many different cultural delicacies. Though each was delicious in its own way, they couldn't help but think that the world was missing out on some incredibly awesome Latin spices.
It all started with a single spice. Gringo was the spice that started a movement, and it is still one of their best sellers to this day!
They started BRZ Food for South Americans who were also missing the flavours of home.
They wanted to recreate the tangy and savoury flavours of their homeland..
They also wanted to share their zesty heat with those who weren't raised on authentic South American food.
