Join BBQ Champion and Rum & Que owner Matt Melville for a hands-on class with a difference — you’ll cook and enjoy a full steak dinner alongside the man himself!

Learn how to nail the perfect steak and pick up game-changing sides like garlic bread, roasted cauliflower with miso & tahini, Mexican street corn, and zucchini & feta salad.

Three bold reds from Giesen Wines complete the experience, plus plenty of laighs and BBQ banter along the way.
