A new Searing Zone will produce up to 815 degrees Celsius of cooking power, perfect for a juicy steak or your favourite variety of fish.

A design based on a university study helps their Flame tamer Shields distribute the heat from the burners up through a series of notches, creating more consistent and "Reliable Temperatures" across the grilling surface.
