Pepper and Me Rock Out With Your Wok Out

This delicious fusion sauce has a sweet soy base, with a touch of chilli, garlic, hoisin and ginger. It is insanely versatile, from stir fries, to Asian pulled pork baos. Use as a marinade for meats, or simply add through any wok tossed vegetables. It goes great when added to a dumpling filling, or as a dipping sauce. 

This sauce is a fusion of our favourite Asian flavours, and we think it can't be beaten!

Ingredients:

Hoisin Sauce [Sugar, Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Corn Starch or Wheat flour), Salt, Colours (150a,129), Modified Corn Starch (1422), Rice Vinegar, Sweet Potato Powder, Sesame Paste, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Salted Chili Peppers (Chili Peppers, Salt)], Oyster sauce, Soy Sauce Light [(contains Soy & Wheat), Sweet Chilli, Water, Mirin, Soy Sauce Dark (contains Soy & Wheat), Ginger Crush, Lime Juice, Brown Sugar, Garlic Nuggets, Five Spice, Preservative (202).
