Whether you're grilling, smoking, or roasting, this chicken brine and injection will infuse your poultry with unbeatable flavors that will have your guests begging for seconds.

Directions: Poultry Palooza is formulated to deliver maximum taste, simply adjust the amount based on your preferred strength. For a medium-strength brine:

3 Tbsp Poultry Palooza                  475-600ml Desired Liquid
1/3 Cup + 2tsp Poultry Palooza      950ml  Desired Liquid
3/4 Cup Poultry Palooza                1.9L Desired Liquid

Let your chicken soak for 4 to 6 hours to achieve optimal tenderness and juiciness. For whole Chicken/Turkey it is recommended to soak in the brine for 1 hour per 450g of meat. For example, if you have a 4.5KG turkey, brine it for 10 hours. This allows the flavours to penetrate the meat and adds moisture.

Injection: Poultry Palooza goes the extra mile by providing an injection option too. Mix 1/8 cup of this flavour-packed blend with 475ml of liquid and inject it directly into the meat for an explosion of flavour in every bite.
