8:00am – 9:30am – Roll in, set up, and fuel up with a free Harris Farms breakfast
9:30am – 10:30am – Cooks Meeting + Steak Selection also Hand-out of Ribs & Bacon (if not already collected earlier from BBQs Direct).
11:00am – 11:30am – Judges Meeting (bribery ends here).

12:00pm – 12:30pm – Hand-In: Ancillary 1 – Bacon
1:00pm – 1:30pm – Hand-In: Steak A
2:00pm – 2:30pm – Hand-In: Ancillary 2 – Ribs
3:00pm – 3:30pm – Hand-In: Steak B
4:00pm – Prize Giving
