Climax XX BAM is a special blend of spices that was originally created as a finishing dust, used to sprinkle on SCA Steaks after they have been cooked just before turn in.

Hotty Totty BBQ Crew creator Ronald Burns added a little kick (BAM) and was very impressed with the results. They soon discovered that Climax XX BAM worked really well in the Arkassissippi Combo system of Layerology 101.
