This herby, garlic lamb rub delivers a signature flavour that has been gracing Under The Hoods catering menu and Masterclasses for many moons.

There's nothing better than a barbecue that's fully loaded with delicious New Zealand lamb, seasoned to an inch of it's life with all the good stuff - Marlborough sea salt, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Elevate it even more with a stash fresh cut rosemary from the garden under that lovely leg. It's a Kiwi fave that'll give Nana's roast a run for it's money!
