Rum and Que Slap It On - Char Siu Sauce 300ml
Marinate meat for up to 6 hours - or for best resullts overnight.
Remove meat from marinade and cook to your liking. Reduce remaining marinade (add extra sauce to taste), in a pot until thick, then brush on while cooking and a little extra to serve.
Go on, slap it on!
