Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. All we ask is that you inquire with us first, then when agreed, send the items back to us, products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

  • You can request to return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Return shipping is at your cost.
  • Where BBQs Direct at its discretion allows you to return goods other than damaged, defective or non-complying goods, BBQs Direct reserves the right to charge a return/restocking fee of 10%.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Return Instructions
