We are not all things to all people - and we do not try to be, we leave cheap to the big box stores. For more than 10 years we have focused on what we know well and do best and we are selective with what we sell. We own, regularly use, or from experience can demonstrate just about all of the products we sell and consider customer satisfaction to be of paramount importance - our aim is always to be:

Most orders are dispatched the same or next day and you are informed every step of the way! We send you an email receipt when you order letting you know it was placed successfully. We then send a shipping confirmation email letting you know when it was shipped.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. All we ask is that you inquire with us first, then when agreed, send the items back to us, products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

  • You can request to return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Return shipping is at your cost.

  • Where BBQs Direct at its discretion allows you to return goods other than damaged, defective or non-complying goods, BBQs Direct reserves the right to charge a return/restocking fee of 10%.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Return Instructions

If you need to return an item, simply CONTACT US and explain why. We'll respond to confirm that we accept your request and notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you have any questions about the return process please email us.
